How do I calculate the amount of raw food to feed a growing puppy?
I get this question a lot. The formula is to fee 10% of current until that equals 2-3% of adult weight. Many get confused hen I say this so I created this calculator to help you.
Enter the estimated adult weight your puppy will reach together with your puppy’s current weight. In the first row, you will see the “transition point (weight), the second is 10% based on current weight and the third row displays the 2-3% calculation you will feed after you have reached the transition point. You will see a message to switch when 10% equals the 2-3% calculation, and you will stick with this.
